Our Returns and Exchange Policy

• Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-personalized items to be returned for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Returns must be unworn and with the original tag. Packaging box and/or pouch should also be undamaged when returned. If your order comes with a free gift with purchase, it has to be returned together for your refund to be processed.

• All returns must be done using our prepaid returns label.

• You will receive an email from us once we receive your return items. If you are eligible for the returns, we will send you an email with the store credit value.

  Singapore orders: Returns from a Singapore address cost SGD$15. This amount will be deducted from your store credit when you use our prepaid label.

  International orders: Returns from all non-Singapore addresses cost SGD$35. This amount will be deducted from your store credit when you use our prepaid label.

How to make a return?

Please note that we cannot be responsible for any items returned using your own method. We will only accept returns using our prepaid returns label. This will avoid any potential misunderstanding that occurs during returns. To start your return and receive a prepaid label, please email us at cs@daintyxuan.com

We do our best to accurately display and describe our products. Product photos are 100% taken based on real products. Slight color difference should be acceptable due to lighting conditions. Our conch is at least 95% perfect. Natural crystals and stones may come with inclusions and that is what makes it unique. Authentic freshwater pearls may not always be perfectly round. However, we can assure you that we do screen through all the conch, pearls, and crystals before the product is made.
