Queen Conch and Crystals are easy to maintain. By adhering to some essential guidelines, you will be delighted by how long your jewelry will last!

Queen Conch and Crystals care tips:

• Queen Conch are deep-sea organic gems, please do not wash them in hot water. Please also avoid wearing them to shower, swim, sunbathe, and exercise. It should also avoid direct perfume spray.

• Sometimes, you may notice black lines on the conch shell that have direct contact with any silver or gold accessories. Don't worry, this is perfectly normal for organic sea gems such as conch and pearl. You can easily clean it away using a wet tissue or mild alcohol swab wipe.

• If your jewelry gets wet, wipe it with a soft, clean cloth, else it might tarnish the silver or gold accessories parts.

• All our products come with a gift pouch/box as the standard. We suggest that you gently wipe down your jewelry after wearing it and keep it inside the pouch/box when not wearing it.

Additional Crystals care tips:

• Crystals are believed to have a natural ability to absorb, store, and transmit energy, and when they are not used or cleansed regularly, they can lose their vibrational potency and effectiveness. All our crystal bracelets have been sage cleanse before sending out to you. We believe in providing a positive start to your crystal journey, ensuring that the crystals you receive are energetically pure and ready to resonate with your unique energy.

• Cleansing your crystals regularly can help recharge them and prepare it for continued healing. If you are new to crystals and would like to learn more on how to cleanse your crystals, head on over to our journal.
