Our Returns and Exchange Policy

• Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-personalized items to be returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returns must be unworn and with the original tag. The packaging box and/or pouch should also be undamaged when returned. If your order comes with a free gift with purchase, it has to be returned together for your refund to be processed.

• Returns should be sent via registered mail or a courier service which allows tracking, as we will not be liable for any lost mail. The return postage fees will be at your own cost.

• We will process your return within 7 business days upon receiving and checking that the item received meets all qualifying conditions. If you are eligible for the returns, we will send you an email with the store credit value.

Can I exchange my product?

• All returned products will be refunded as store credit. Please place a new order for the correct product.

• If you are returning the item to us for a size change, we would be happy to process the resizing for you subject to the availability of the item.
